I miss school


Hello I had stop school because I don't go to my classes because I really got bored at my school at my school I am already college my course is all about computer I was taking Information technology because I have a lot of interest on computers.I have interest on this course because I grew up playing computer games for hours like counterstrike,warcraft3,starcraft and other games.


How I wish I could go back to school but my parents lost enthusiasm for my schooling because they already spent a lot of money for my schooling and I always messed around I don't know why I do these same mistakes again and again. I really miss my school not because of the teachers or the friends that I met their but for the simple reason of going to classes and learning something every day instead me of me just here sitting with my computer alone and blogging well this is all my fault.


from now on I promise myself to dedicate my time here on the computer in blogging not in playing computer games .

  1. You should include fruits and vegtables on your diet the colorfur one's they are healthy nutricious and dont have very large amount of calories the more you eat the better it is for you. Keeps you full but without the calories.
  2. Eating meals throughout the day will help keep your metabolism stable as well as burning calories all day long. When we don't eat for an extended amount of time it actually inhibits calorie burning. Take mom's advice to heart and be sure to have breakfast in the morning! Make sure and eat your 3 meals a day, but also sneak in some healthy snacks to keep your body going!
  3. Many of us grew up being told not to snack before dinner as we would ruin our appetite. In actuality, having snacks can help prevent you from overeating. It takes our bodies 10-15 minutes to realize we've had enough to eat. Because of this delay, it is very easy to eat more than our bodies actually need, leaving us feeling overstuffed. When eating at home watch your portions. When eating out at restaurants share your entrees as they typically serve large portions. Go ahead, spoil your dinner with some snacks.
  4. n order for foods to last on our shelves in the grocery store they are filled with preservatives, which in turn deplete the nutrients and vitamins originally found in those foods. When possible, purchase fresh foods and avoid pre-packaged and convenient fast food, as these types of food are typically higher in calories, fat, and sodium.
  5. Our bodies were not meant to sit behind a desk all day long. We need daily exercise to benefit our overall health and especially to strengthen all our muscles including our heart. Exercise can also help you sleep better and improve your mood, so whether a high impact workout at the gym or a stroll through the neighborhood, hit the pavement and give yourself the optimal reward.
  6. We all have those few foods that we know aren't good for us yet we have a hard time avoiding them. When we try to restrict these foods from our diet, we tend to overindulge at some point. Allow yourself a treat from time to time, but remember to keep it within moderation. Try having a few bites of cake as opposed to the whole slice at a special occasion.

  7. When reading the list of ingredients on packaged foods, if you do not recognize the ingredient or cannot pronounce it, perhaps this isn't something you want to be putting in your body. If you see a product with a laundry list of ingredients, put the item right back on the shelf. Also, make sure when reading labels to review whether calories and fat listed are per serving and not the entire container.

  9. Fat has gotten a reputation for being bad for us and in many cases this is true, unless we are speaking about healthy fats that our body actually needs. Overeating wrong fats (saturated fats) can lead to those unwanted pounds as well as increase your risk of heart disease. Stick to healthy fat sources that are unsaturated such as olive oil instead of butter or margarine, which contain saturated fat. You can use these for sautéing, baking, lubricating bakeware, and more - be creative!

  10. Extra calories can add up quickly, for example a 12 ounce can of regular soda can contain 10 teaspoons of sugar! These types of calories will not fill you up, but they will most certainly add weight. Beware of the beverages you drink throughout the day, some of the perceived health drinks have several teaspoons of sugar per serving, which many of us tend to overlook due to tricky naming conventions thought up by slick marketing departments.

Hello i had been playing Defense of the ancients since 2007 can't remember what map I played that time i think 6.27 version. When the first time I played this game i think that it was really difficult in the sense of there are many thing you should know when you are playing this game
  1. What side would you choose the good side the Sentinels or the bad side the Scourge both sides are well balanced both of them have strong and weak heroes.
  2. What type of hero that you will choose support,carry,etc
  3. What strategy will you choose to win games push strategy the turtle strategy or farming.etc
  4. Using thee skills of hero that you will choose

The firs time I played this game I played it with my friends and my friends teased me because
I played poorly i didn't know what I was doing back then loosing is very sad for me that's
when I started practicing by playing alone using an AI map by playing more I learned the
basics of playing the game. The basics of this game is simple farm more than your opponent does by last hitting well use the halt button and release it upon clicking the dying creep hold alt to see the life gauge of creeps for better last hitting, Doing your role in the team for example you
are a support you should support your team to victory by placing wards and ganking , also knowing the skills of the hero you are using example sandking has 4skills there are two kinds
of spell active and passive active spells are the ones that you can click example impale, passive are those that can't be click examaple caustic finale and also you should know the combos of it like snadking his combo is impale and epicenter right away.




Well I have many things to learn in playing dota that's why i wont stop playing till the day I became a professional dota player.
